Fees/Insurance for Individual Counseling:
At this time, Aquarius Counseling, LLC accepts Regence Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Optum, Aetna, and Providence insurances for individual therapy. For those with a different insurance provider, I do offer reimbursement paperwork (superbills) that you can submit to your insurance provider, allowing you to utilize out of network (OON) benefits. Most insurance providers have this option of OON benefits. This is a simple process where you would be provided a monthly statement to submit to your insurance company, and they may reimburse you part or all of the session fees.
Cash/check, credit card, and FSA/HSA cards are accepted for payment, which is required at the end of each session unless otherwise arranged.
Individual Therapy:
$200 for a 45 minute session
$225 for a 60 minute session
$250 for a 90 minute intake session

Fees for Addiction Consultations (for family members mainly):
Addiction Consultations/Sessions are designed to help family members of someone struggling with addiction. Family members need help too, whether getting or staying healthy for themselves, or when help is needed on how to navigate dealing with a loved one active in their addiction. These sessions are not something that can be charged under insurance, so payment for services rendered would be out of pocket only. Aquarius Counseling, LLC accepts cash, check, or credit card for payment, which is required at the end of each session unless otherwise arranged.
Addiction Consultation (Out of Pocket Only):
$50 for a 30 minute session
$90 for a 45 minute session
